2 - Bad Weather
Many want to get married in summer with a magical sunset in the magnificent setting that you have been looking for for so long. But you're not sure that you'll have the ideal weather or the sunset you dreamed of for your photos. If your reception venue does not already offer an indoor option in bad weather, it would be really useful to plan ahead.
Having umbrellas available for everyone, to have outside heating if everything cools down, or even blankets will be a good idea. (you wedding planner should be able to help out for that).

What make you just as resplendent for the rest of the events. Knowing that you will have photos to take throughout the day, it is better to put the odds on your side. As with the emergency kit, it can be left with your assistant # 1.
5- Sneakers
The Dancefloor is yours, at least all your guests are waiting for you to take possession of it. You will be asked all evening for a dance with your highschool best friend, the beautiful aunt who has traveled hundreds of km to attend. You get it, practice your skills and your endurance because you will be dancing until the end of the night. To make this experience as pleasant as possible, swap your beautiful prince and princess shoes for more comfortable shoes that will allow you to show your dance moves to everyone.
Tips: These shoes can also allow you to go for a run in the fields for your Golden hour photoshoot
6- Overtime
One thing that’s certain is the fact that a wedding very rarely happens in the allotted time. Who wants to stress out on their wedding day because their ceremony lasted 20 or 30 minutes longer, it's one of the incredible days of your life, you don't want to have a stopwatch , or having someone to remind you that you have to go faster to respect the timeframe for which you have hired your suppliers. Therefore it’s a good idea to be able to either negotiate unlimited plans with your suppliers that give you peace of mind. Or if not, simply check with them how much overtime is billed and thus provide a budget for these overruns and thus avoid any unpleasant surprises. Having a wedding planner is a good way have professional take care these things for you.

Many vendors work together to wedding special. Each one of them work very hard to make the result match your vision of things. After your wedding a comment on the vendor page is often one of the best thing you can do for them. This is often more valuable than a tip because the brides to be and grooms will read your experience with this supplier when the time has come to make a decision. Your review is often one of the elements that will help them in their process.
Yes it takes a few minutes of your time, but if you are satisfied with the service and the experience you have had with your vendors, show them some love.
Tips: We have set up Authentik stories to share the experience of couples who wanted to share their stories and their comments will give you an idea.
